We are investigating reports that new device owners see a "check cable" error on their devices. This note will be updated once we have an update.
Issue was triaged to a mismatch of factory configuration file and latest software versions. A softwre update has resolved the issue. Please leave your device online for a few hours until it receives the update automatically.
